Exchange conditions
Time limit: Same as the return policy, the exchange must be requested within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.
Product status: The exchanged product must be unused, undamaged, and keep the original packaging intact.
Out of stock processing: If the exchanged product you selected is out of stock, we will provide you with a refund or recommend a similar product as a replacement.
Exchange process
Contact customer service: Contact us through the same channel, stating the reason for the exchange, the product information and order number of the exchange required.
Confirm the exchange details: Our customer service team will review the exchange request and confirm the availability and exchange details of the exchange product.
Send the original product back: Follow the customer service instructions and send the original product back to the specified address with the exchange request confirmation information.
Send the exchanged product: Once we receive and inspect the original product, we will send the exchanged product as soon as possible and provide new logistics information.
